We have a number of beautiful National Parks that are just a short drive from The Entrance, with Wyrrabalong National Park and Munmorah State Conservation Area being the closest.
Wyrrabalong National Park is divided into two sections to the north and south of The Entrance, offering some spectacular coastal and bushland scenery for visitors.
Enjoy stunning views of our coastline from Crackneck Lookout in the southern section of the park at Bateau Bay, an ideal place for whale watching in winter, bushwalks and picnics. Wyrrabalong’s northern section features fantastic surf beaches on the ocean side and some great bushwalks on the lake side.
Munmorah State Conservation Area is located between Budgewoi and Catherine Hill Bay. This beautiful reserve offers surfing, fishing, camping, bushwalking and picnic opportunities.
